You will learn how to meditate, develop communication skills, and strengthen interpersonal relationships. You will have a chance to talk, I listen and we move forward together. Sometimes for a few weeks, sometimes for a decade. Yoga For Tired People is all about mental health, physical and emotional well being so you can connect with your life in real time today.

Kim has been guiding and supporting clients on health and wellness journeys for over a decade. Privacy is important to Kim and her clients. You will not see many publications or "success" stories out there in the media. Kim relies on word-of-mouth and referrals.

Start here. You've heard mindfulness meditation practices can help you. There's no dogma, but there is lineage. You will learn clear techniques to reduce stress and see your mind.

6-Week Commitment

Commitment to 2 yoga sessions a week, same days of the week and time. Carve out a time for yourself to see what's going on. We will discuss your needs at the beginning of each session. Nothing is too grave or too small.

You will have 8 weeks to complete all 12 classes. 24 hour cancelation for booked sessions.

You've fallen "off the health wagon" and need some support and guidance back to when you felt great. Commit to 2 yoga classes a week (36) and 1 health coaching sessions a month (3). We will go over your health history and get straight to work. Ideally we meet at the same time and day of the week for yoga twice a week and piggy back health coaching for a two hour session once a month.

You will have 14 weeks to complete this program. 24 hour cancelation for booked sessions.
