You've tried yoga before, eating plans and diets, nothing seems to stick. You're sick and tired of being sick and tired. But, you know there's something to slowing down, self discovery and self care and you can't do it on your own. Commit to 2 yoga classes a week (48) and 2 health coaching sessions (12) twice a month. We will go over your health history and get straight to work. Ideally we meet at the same time and day of the week for yoga twice a week and piggy back health coaching for two hour sessions twice a month.
You will have 26 weeks to complete this program. 24 hour cancelation for booked sessions.
Yoga sessions $250 ($50 discount per session) / Health coaching $75 ($25 off per session)
