Gravitating towards the healing aspects of yoga from the inside out, Kim feels mindful yoga is a vital part of daily living and anyone one can participate and have a yoga practice.
1-ON-1 Kim creates personalized programs for transformation including meditation, yoga, nutrition and spiritual counseling.
Take Me With You! Want a yogi to support your crew on your next work/business retreat? Kim is the perfect person for the job! She can create a daily fitness yoga class, meditation and even devise a menu for the full retreat experience mixing some work with more pleasure. Years of working with clients, she's a skilled listener and will stop you in your tracks to bring awareness towards positive actions for change.
Kim is actively involved in taking a leadership role in community affairs and social justice. She volunteered for a year at Riker's Jail guiding meditation to female incarcerated population and prison guards (not a the same time). Kim also volunteered for two years at Lenox Hill Women's Shelter leading mindful movement to the clients and meditation to staff twice a month.
Kim finds time to check out under explored parts of her brain/mind/body as an MSW candidate graduating in 2020, in her kitchen cooking and food shopping in local markets, and is a part-time Specialist employee at Apple. She keeps comedians, actors, musicians, writers and those who like to sweat using their body in play not in competition, close to her heart.
