Kim’s teachings are rooted in her thirty years of practice where alignment, flow, and spirit are weaved into every class. Her retreats are always therapeutic in that they are structured to create a safe place to unwind, release stress, and make deep connections with self and others through community and practice.
Jeffrey Sargent is an M.S. Yoga Therapist and Retired Army Officer combat veteran, living in Tacoma, WA. He is currently a full-time clinical yoga therapist with the Army helping active duty troops with chronic pain. As a yoga therapist Jeff guides individuals with a Biopsychosocial-Spiritual approach incorporating the tools of yoga in meeting their goals.
