Her work with clients incorporates a holistic and co-creative approach inclusive of science-based wisdom stemming from neuroscience, as well as, esoteric and intuitive traditions. She helps clients learn about personal boundaries which can lead to better decision making. As people heal from trauma, their lives become more balanced allowing for joy, play, and ultimately freedom.

Kim has spent thirty years deeply immersed in Eastern philosophy and trainings, working with clients privately and in group settings. Her approach includes mindfulness, gratitude, and forgiveness, the path she most resonates with. In addition to traditional talk therapy, Kim incorporates Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAP) in NYC or virtually.

Kim’s life work includes Savasana Station, a mindfulness-based yoga studio she founded in 2014, Chef Marq it, a pop-up catering company in the PNW, and Recipe For Humanity, founded in 2020, a non-profit food service business empowering formerly incarcerated people. She is a partner and owner of Brown Budda New York - a NY state CAURD license and Fuzzi NYC, a cannabis microbusiness.
