Kim’s path into cannabis is rooted in both personal loss and a clear understanding of modern recreational wellness.

After the devastating death of a close friend—who turned to the illicit market when he could not access his prescribed medication—Kim witnessed firsthand the consequences of an unregulated system. The substance he purchased was laced with fentanyl. He fell into a coma almost immediately and passed away two days later, after his pregnant wife and their three children made the decision to remove him from life support.

This experience reshaped Kim’s perspective, reinforcing the urgent need for safe, legal, and transparent access to cannabis and plant-based alternatives. It also deepened her commitment to a broader vision of wellness—one that includes responsible recreational use, harm reduction, and informed choice.

As a healer, Kim will help show you how to connect and understand your past in relation to your present, allowing you to consciously create the life you want. Her work with clients is holistic and co-creative, integrating science-based insight from neuroscience with esoteric and intuitive traditions. She guides individuals in developing healthy personal boundaries, leading to clearer decision-making and more aligned living. As clients process and heal from trauma, they often experience greater balance, opening space for joy, play, and a deeper sense of freedom.

For over thirty years, Kim has been immersed in Eastern philosophy and spiritual practice, working with clients in both private and group settings. Her approach emphasizes mindfulness, gratitude, and forgiveness—principles that anchor her work. In addition to traditional talk-based methods, she thoughtfully incorporates plant medicine as part of a broader, integrative healing framework.

Kim’s life work spans multiple disciplines and ventures. She founded Savasana Station NYC, a mindfulness-based yoga studio, and Chef Marq It, a pop-up catering company in the Pacific Northwest. She is currently a partner and Chief Wellness Officer of Brown Budda New York, the first licensed dispensary in Southampton, where she continues to advocate for safe access, education, and a more conscious approach to cannabis and wellness.
