After you email me or call me, I’ll get back to you to set up a 15-minute virtual consultation. This is our chance to introduce ourselves and for us to consider if we are the right fit to work together. I will ask you about:

• What you're wanting to address in therapy and what you’d like to see different in your life

• If you’re seeking therapy for trauma, I’ll ask that you not share details on this initial call

• We’ll talk about location logistics and scheduling

• If you are interested in KAP, we need to establish a therapeutic relationship before I can refer you to Journey Clinical as my client

• We’ll discuss my rates and ways to pay

• If we decide to work together, we will continue weekly for a designated period of time

Remote Therapy

Please find a quiet and private place for our sessions. Check that you have a strong internet connection. It’s best to close all other tabs in your browser. 

Post your therapy session, allow some time to reflect and relax.

Fees & Payment

Consultation  = $0 (15-minute virtual or phone call). We’ve set up a consultation so I can learn more about what you are wanting to discover and work on.

Individual therapy sessions, KAP preparatory sessions, and KAP integration sessions = $250 (45-50 minute virtual sessions). Longer sessions can be arranged for an additional fee.

Individual KAP dosing sessions = $400 (2 hour virtual session).   KAP treatment consists of approximately 3-5 preparatory sessions and 2-6 (or more) dosing sessions with an integration session following each dosing session. Minimum of 8 hours investment. My prescriber, Journey Clinical, charges $250 for the initial hour-long intake, and $150 for 30-minute follow-up visits. (This information may change. I do not have any control over my prescriber’s pricing).

Payment is due at the end of each session in the form of cash, Zelle, Venmo, or $Cash. KAP medication and assessment may be covered by your insurance.

Cancellations

CANCELLATION POLICY:  48 hours notice cancellation. Unless we agree otherwise, you will be charged for sessions whether you attend or not if you do not cancel 48 hours prior to your booked session. If you are sick I will attempt to schedule a make-up session within 1-2 weeks only. If we cannot find a mutually available time to schedule a make-up session within 1-2 weeks, the make-up option lapses.
